I’m Max Ivanchenko, a DevOps engineer at Provectus, based in Odesa.

I work mostly on AWS: designing infrastructure from scratch with Terraform, running and upgrading EKS clusters, migrating CI/CD from GitLab to GitHub Actions, building observability stacks and keeping cloud spend under control. Lately that includes infrastructure for LLM products: Bedrock, self-hosted Langfuse and evaluation tooling.

I also mentor: interns and new hires at Provectus, plus lectures on Terraform and networking at Atomspace.
